Volunteer

Your Time. Their Future.

Whether you have an hour a week, a day to give, or a desire to build a lasting relationship with a student, your time can make a difference. DCSD volunteers help students feel supported, connected and ready to learn in classrooms, libraries, cafeterias, hallways and beyond.

At the Davenport Community School District, we are committed to making your volunteer experience both meaningful and rewarding. Volunteers are essential partners in helping us fulfill our mission and grow excellence in our classrooms every day.

We share a common priority: the safety and well-being of our students. To ensure a secure and positive environment, all prospective volunteers are required to complete an application and undergo a background screening before serving in our schools.

Whether you're supporting a classroom, assisting in the library, or helping in the office, your time and talents make a lasting impact. There are many ways to get involved, and we welcome your interest and enthusiasm.
