While reading and math skills are of high importance, we also want our students to learn skills in other areas, such as music and art. These let our students learn and demonstrate their knowledge in other ways, and students the chance to get their hands on new skills!

Thanks to the passion and hard work of Mrs. Covey, students now have the chance to learn in a hands-on, outdoor classroom. Recently, 2nd graders had an unforgettable experience exploring the monarch butterfly life cycle—up close and in real life! Their excitement and curiosity show just how powerful learning beyond the classroom can be.
